HB 2962 - DIGEST

     Declares that the provisions of this act establish a minimum set of standards applicable to all superior court cases where the court appoints a guardian ad litem or any person to represent the best interest of a child, an alleged incapacitated person, or an adjudicated incapacitated person pursuant to Title 11, 13, or 26 RCW.  In addition to the rights, responsibilities, and duties of a guardian ad litem under this chapter, a guardian ad litem shall comply with the applicable provisions of Titles 11, 13, and 26 RCW.
