HB 2965 - DIGEST

     Creates the dedicated education account in the state treasury.  All receipts from the lottery proceeds described in RCW 67.70.040 and 67.70.240 must be deposited into the account.  Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation.  Expenditures from the account are for the exclusive use for the support of common schools.

     Declares that RCW 43.135.035(4) does not apply to RCW 67.70.040 and 67.70.240.
