SB 5176-S - DIGEST

     Authorizes a law enforcement officer to arrest and take into custody, pending release on bail, personal recognizance, or court order, a person without a warrant if the officer has probable cause to believe that the person has willfully refused to leave school grounds after being ordered to do so by a law enforcement officer who reasonably believes that the person ordered to leave is committing acts or is creating a disturbance as prohibited by this act.
