SB 5251 - DIGEST

     Pertains to a person who commits an act in the airspace over the state aboard an aircraft that subsequently lands or docks within the state which, if committed within the state, would be a crime.

     Provides that a crime committed aboard an aircraft in the airspace over the state of Washington is punishable in the county where the aircraft lands or docks.
