     Revises RCW 64.06.020 to include in the disclosure requirement the question:  Are there any written agreements that may have future financial implications to a buyer of the property, including but not limited to agreements regarding local improvement districts under chapter 35.43 RCW, or transportation impact fees under chapter 39.92 RCW?
