SB 5342 - DIGEST

     Provides that, each year every railroad company shall file a statement with the commission showing its gross operating revenues derived within this state for the previous calendar year.

     Requires each railroad to pay to the commission a fee equal to 0.2 percent of the reported gross operating revenue.  The statement and the fee must be submitted and paid no later than May 1st of each year.
