SB 5441 - DIGEST

     Declares that it is the intent of the legislature that the judicial interpretation of RCW 46.70.180(1) made in Henery v. Robinson, 67 Wash. App. 277 (1992) be modified and that a violation of chapter 19.86 RCW can occur in a private communication that is false, deceptive, or misleading between a buyer and seller.
