     Increases fees for jury trials.

     Authorizes the legislative authority of any county to impose a fee sufficient to cover the costs of each counties' respective arbitration program for filing a request for trial de novo of an arbitration award.  Fees collected under this section shall be collected and deposited in the same manner as other county funds are collected and deposited.
