SB 5826 - DIGEST

     Provides that seventy percent of the taxes, penalties, and interest collected under RCW 84.34.108 shall be distributed in the same manner as current property taxes applicable to the land.  The remaining thirty percent shall be distributed to the county and used to purchase rights and interests in real property under RCW 84.34.210 and 84.34.220.
