SB 6086 - DIGEST

     Declares that in considering the defendant's future dangerousness the court shall consider:  (1) The defendant's criminal history, including any unscored misdemeanor or prior unscored foreign criminal history;

     (2) a current mental health evaluation, if available;

     (3) the defendant's amenability to treatment for underlying mental health or substance abuse issues, if applicable;

     (4) any pattern of similar criminal acts;

     (5) the underlying facts to the crime;

     (6) any prior mental health evaluations of the defendant; and

     (7) any other relevant evidence.
