SB 6094 - DIGEST

     Directs the department of social and health services to provide necessary temporary assistance to Kosovar Albanian refugees who are temporary residents of Washington state as a direct consequence of the humanitarian crisis in Kosovo.

     Makes an appropriation of two hundred thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, from the general fund to the department of social and health services for the purposes of this act.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
