     Makes an appropriation of fifty thousand dollars for the biennium ending June 30, 2001, from the state wildlife account to the department of fish and wildlife solely to operate Reiter pond hatchery.

     Makes an appropriation of fifty thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, from the state general fund to the department of fish and wildlife solely to operate Reiter pond hatchery.

     Declares that this act is null and void unless in-kind and cash contributions totaling at least fifteen thousand dollars are provided to the department of fish and wildlife from nonstate sources by June 30, 2000.
