SB 6167 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 2ND SUB)

     Amends RCW 74.04.025 to include Russian as a "primary language" for communications regarding public assistance procedures.

     Requires that the application form for public assistance  shall be streamlined so that applicants for various types of public assistance can be identified and cross-referred to programs for which they are eligible, based upon a single, universal assistance application form. 

     Repeals RCW 74.25.040.
