SB 6397-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Amends RCW 9.94A.380 to provide that up to two days of partial confinement may be substituted for one day of total confinement.

     Requires that the governor must personally testify before a legislative committee that is hearing a bill the governor has requested.
