(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the commission to receive criminal history record information that includes nonconviction data for any purpose associated with the investigation for suitability for involvement in horse racing activities authorized under chapter 67.16 RCW.

     Declares that dissemination or use of nonconviction data for purposes other than that authorized in this act is prohibited.

     Expires June 30, 2003.
