SB 6434 - DIGEST

     Provides that a person is guilty of a class C felony punishable under chapter 9A.20 RCW if the person drives while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug as defined by this act and has previously been convicted of driving or being in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug on two or more prior occasions within a seven-year period.
