SB 6450 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Requires the department to deposit all moneys received from the following activities into the wildlife publications account:  (1) The sale of interpretive, recreational, historical, educational, and informational literature and materials;

     (2) the sale of advertisements in regulation pamphlets and other appropriate mediums; and

     (3) enrollment fees in department-sponsored educational training events.

     Repeals RCW 77.12.185.
