SB 6460 - DIGEST

     Provides that, unless he or she requests otherwise in writing, a retired, disabled, or separated employee shall automatically be enrolled in the uniform medical plan if the health plan in which he or she is otherwise enrolled pursuant to RCW 41.05.080 ceases to be available.
