SB 6465 - DIGEST

     Declares that an electric service cooperative organized under chapter 23.86 RCW is subject to the jurisdiction of the commission with respect to its rates and services and shall comply with the requirements of title 80 RCW to the same extent as other electrical companies regulated under title 80 RCW.

     Repeals RCW 23.86.400.
