SB 6515 - DIGEST

(AS OF SENATE 2ND READING 2/11/00)

     Provides that, in counties with a population of more than one hundred thousand, mandatory arbitration of civil actions under chapter 7.06 RCW shall be required.  In counties with a population of less than one hundred thousand, the superior court of the county, by majority vote of the judges thereof, or the county legislative authority may authorize mandatory arbitration of civil actions under chapter 7.06 RCW.
