SB 6589 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that a domestic winery licensed under RCW 66.24.170 may exercise any of its licensing privileges at more than one location, provided that:  (1) Each additional location has been approved by the board under RCW 66.24.010; and

     (2) the total number of additional locations does not exceed two.  Each additional location is deemed to be a winery premises for the purpose of RCW 66.28.010(1)(b).
