     Declares an intent to change the results of the holding of State v. T. K. Nos. 67819-7, 67185-1, and 67435-3 and have any motion made after July 1, 1997, to seal juvenile records be determined by the provisions of RCW 13.50.050 in effect after July 1, 1997.
