     On page 4, at the beginning of line 30, strike all material through and including "chapter." on line 32, and insert "An exemption from the notification requirements of this section does not exempt the owner or operator of a facility from any other notification or reporting requirements, or imply a release from liability, under this chapter."

EFFECT: Specifies that an exemption from the notice requirements in this act does not exempt the facility from any additional requirements contained in the Model Toxics Control Act.
