     On page 8, line 28, after "applications," insert "including but not limited to the authority to process applications under WAC 173-152-050 as it existed on January 1, 2001,"

EFFECT:  Expressly acknowledges the authority of the Department of Ecology to process on a priority basis some applications for new water rights or for modifications of existing rights as being one of the other existing authorities under which the Department of Ecology may process applications.
