EFFECT: Technical corrections to bill as passed committee:

$    The director of the office of financial management=s approval is required for any decisions to transfer appropriated funds between department of transportation programs I, P, and Z.

$    Identification of bond sale amounts for department of transportation programs I and W are corrected to accurately reflect the financial plan.

$    Corrects understated appropriation to program Q.

$    Transfer from the advanced right of way revolving account to the motor vehicle fund is restored.  The transfer was mistakenly deleted.
