     On page 3, after line 31, insert the following:

     "(3) A collective bargaining agreement may not contain any provisions exempting nonprivileged information and documents prepared during the negotiation of the agreement from public inspection and copying."

EFFECT: Prohibits a collective bargaining agreement from exempting the agreement or nonprivileged information prepared during the negotiation of the agreement from public inspection and copying.
