     Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Changes the name of the commission to the Performance Audit Standards and Scorecard Commission.  Moves the ongoing performance audit and yearly scoring program from the Office of Financial Management to the Office of the State Auditor.  Staff support and resources for the commission will be provided by both the Office of the State Auditor and the Office of Financial Management.  The duties created by the bill are made expressly subject to the availability of appropriations made for that specific purpose.  Removes the null and void clause.
