     On page 2, line 16, after "(5)" strike all material through "commission." on line 17 and insert "No member of the commission may hold, seek appointment to, or campaign for elective office while a member of the commission."

EFFECT: Prohibits members of the Public Disclosure Commission from holding, seeking appointment to, or campaigning for elective office, but no longer prohibits members from holding or seeking appointive office.
