     On page 2, line 26, after "proposition" insert "if the total number of voters voting on the proposition constitutes at least fifty percent of the total number of voters voting in such taxing district at the last preceding general election"

     On page 3, line 11, after "proposition" insert "if the total number of voters voting on the proposition constitutes at least fifty percent of the total number of voters voting in such taxing district at the last preceding general election"

     On page 3, line 30, after "proposition" insert "if the total number of voters voting on the proposition constitutes at least fifty percent of the total number of voters voting in such taxing district at the last preceding general election"

EFFECT: School levies and bond elections will be approved by a simple majority if the election is validated by voter turnout that equals at least 50 percent of the voters at the preceding general election.
