     Beginning on page 5, line 3 of the amendment, strike all material through "RCW." on page 20, line 5 of the amendment

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the provisions authorizing youth courts as diversion units for criminal offenses.  The provisions for youth courts for traffic infractions and school violations remain.
