     On page 22, on line 16, after "RCW 43.330.152" insert "to support expenses that are directly attributable to the families' individual accounts"

EFFECT: This amendment affects the Developmental Disabilities Endowment Trust Fund program at CTED.  The amendment allows fees to be charged only for expenses directly attributable to families' individual accounts.

FISCAL IMPACT:  None.
