     On page 4, after line 30, insert the following:

     "(9) Nothing in section 2 of this act or in this section affects chapter 70.41 RCW and application of that chapter to state-owned or managed hospitals licensed under chapter 70.41 RCW."

EFFECT:  Provides that nothing in the act affects the application of chapter 70.41 RCW, which provides licensing and regulation requirements for hospitals, to state-owned or managed hospitals licensed under that chapter.
