    On page 1, after "child," on line 12, delete "or parent" and insert the following:

    "parent, parent-in-law, or grandparent"

    On page 2, after line 23, insert the following:

    "(5) "Grandparent" means a parent of a parent of an employee.

(6) "Parent-in-law" means a parent of a spouse of an employee."
