ESHB 2518 - S AMD to S AMD (S4711.1)

    On page 1, line 15 of the striking amendment, strike "one hundred" and insert "twenty-five"

    On page 1, line 17, after "ordinances," insert the following:

    "PROVIDED, That each local rule or regulation may not take effect until ratified by the legislative authority of each county, city, and town represented on the district board of health,"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Reduces the civil penalty to a maximum of $25.00 and requires ratification.
