    On page 1, line 8, after "((fourteen))", strike "fifteen" and insert "sixteen".

    On page 2, line 16 after "public;" insert "one member shall be a person who is a consumer of telecommunications services who has  knowledge of the telecommunications industry, but is not related to the telecommunications industry, to represent the public;"

    On page 2, line 20 after "designer;" strike all material through "worker;" on line 21.

    On page 2, line 37 after "representing" strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "telecommunications consumers"

    On page 3, line 24 after "representing" strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "telecommunications consumers"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
