EFFECT: Tuition limits proposed in the underlying budget would apply to all categories of resident students.  There would be no exception for first-professional degree students of law, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, veterinary or graduate programs of business.  There would be no exception for undergraduate study at the Evergreen State College.
