    On page 2, line 22, after "act;" strike "and" and insert

    "(c) A requirement that if an allegation is determined to be unfounded, a record of the allegation shall not be kept in the student's file; and"

    Renumber the subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires school districts to adopt policies to remove unfounded allegations from students' files.
