    On page 2, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(3) A person who holds a nursing home administrator's license pursuant to chapter 18.52 RCW shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter.

EFFECT: Excludes nursing home administrators who have mobile homes in their facility from the requirement of certification.
