    On page 2, after line 16 of the amendment, strike all material through "appropriate." on line 18

    On page 3, line 9 of the amendment, after "47.06.140." insert "Project prioritization must be based primarily upon cost-benefit analysis, where appropriate."

EFFECT:  Requires project prioritization to be based primarily on cost-benefit analysis for transportation improvement projects.  Project prioritization does not have to be based primarily on cost-benefit analysis for transportation preservation projects.
