    On page 4,on line 26,after "universities," insert the following:

"except those who have collective bargaining agreements with teaching and research assistants," 

    On page 9, after line 31, insert the following:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 7.  If the governing board at the University of Washington chooses to increase tuition under this act, the provisions of ESHB 2540 shall be null and void.

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
