    On page 2, line 25 of the amendment, after "purposes." insert "This authority does not include administering, dispensing, or prescribing these oral drugs for patients within ninety days of having had surgery of the human eye or human vision system."

EFFECT:  Prohibits optometrists from administering, dispensing, or prescribing oral drugs for a 90-day period following eye surgery.
