    On page 2, line 19, after "(10)" strike all material through "senate." on line 22, and insert the following:

    "One member who is an employee of the Washington State health care authority, to be appointed by the administrator of the health care authority."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Instead of adding a member from SERS, adds an employee of the health care authority.
