Employees or agents of transit authorities can obtain the certified abstracts of the driving record of volunteer vanpool drivers. Insurance carriers who have motor vehicle or life insurance on a person can also obtain the driving abstract of the person. Transit authorities are restricted from divulging any information contained in those abstracts to any third party.
Appropriation: None.
Fiscal Note: Available.
Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
