Background:  A county or city need not publish a notice of a general election if a voters= pamphlet for the general election is mailed to each residence.

 

Summary of Bill:  A county or city need not publish a  notice of a primary election if a voters= pamphlet for the primary election is mailed to each residence.

Fiscal Note:  Not requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
