Concerning the sale of sparkling apple cider and sparkling grape juice.

    AN ACT Relating to the sale of sparkling beverages; and adding a new section to chapter 66.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 66.16 RCW to read as follows:

    The sale of sparkling apple cider and sparkling grape juice shall be conducted at each state liquor store, provided that the sparkling apple cider and sparkling grape juice is produced within the boundaries of the state of Washington and made exclusively from apples and grapes grown in the state of Washington.
