HB 1124 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to oversee the creation, implementation, and funding of a plan that assures that all of Washington's children in need receive prompt and professional mental health services by the year 2006.

     Directs the joint legislative audit and review committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the provisions of this act.  The review shall be submitted to the appropriate committees of the legislature by July 1, 2002.
