HJM 4028 - DIGEST

     Requests that the United States Department of Transportation issue a waiver to the Washington State Department of Transportation from the provisions of 23 U.S.C. 111, 20 U.S.C. 107, and from any federal regulations prohibiting private or nonprofit entities from operating safety rest areas, including current and future safety rest areas.
