HCR 4409-S2 - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 2ND SUBSTITUTE)

     Establishes a joint select committee on the future facility needs of higher education to review the proposed higher education enrollment levels in the state master plan, review the facility needs for future students, review the preservation needs for higher education facilities, and review the funding options for preservation and additional higher education facilities in the state.

     Requires the committee to report its findings and recommendations to the legislature at the regular session held in 2003.
