SB 6134 - DIGEST

     Creates the comprehensive career guidance program to support parents' rights in the development of their child's educational plan.

     Appropriates the sum of two million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, from the general fund to the superintendent of public instruction for the purposes of this act.
