SB 6144 - DIGEST
Requires recipients to comply with an individual responsibility plan that: (1) Sets forth an employment goal and a plan for moving the recipient into gainful employment;
(2) contains the obligation of the recipient to become and remain gainfully employed;
(3) moves the recipient into whatever gainful employment the recipient is capable of handling as quickly as possible; and
(4) specifies necessary medical, social, and employment services which can reasonably be expected to enable the person to work or reduce the need for assistance.
